Einar James Joys (December 15, 1934 – March 11, 2022) was a Norwegian lawyer and businessman. He held several leadership positions, including managing director of Vinmonopolet and Den Norske Amerikalinje (NAL). He was also the managing director of Det Norske Oljeselskap and Anthon B Nilsen from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, he served as a board member at Anthon B Nilsen from 1990, chairman from 2000 to 2004, and chaired the Administrative Research Fund (AFF) from 1992 to 1993.
