Ercan Yılmaz, born on March 4, 1977, in Geyve, is a Turkish poet and writer. He completed his primary and secondary education in Adapazarı and graduated from KTÜ with a degree in Turkish Language and Literature in 1999. His published poetry books include 'Âherli Zamanlar' (2002), 'İncire Yemin' (2007), and 'Rüyâ Kasrı' (2010). Yılmaz has worked as a poetry program host at TRT Diyanet TV and currently teaches Turkish Language and Literature at Sakarya Cemil Meriç Social Sciences High School.
