Her most notable work, 'Les Rites des Chasse chez les peuples sibériens,' examines the hunting rituals of Siberian peoples, drawing on major Russian studies. Lot-Falck worked at the Musée de l’Homme in Paris and a chair in 'Comparative Religions of Arctic Peoples' was established for her at the École Pratique des Hautes Études in 1963.
