Feliks Kazimirovich Velichko (February 24, 1931 – May 13, 2010) was a Soviet chemist, doctor of chemical sciences, and professor, also known as a Russian astrologer. He served as the chief consultant for the astrological magazine 'Horoscope' and was a co-founder of the 'Union of Professional Astrologers.' Velichko was a full member of public academies RAEN and MAI. His scientific work included the synthesis and chemical transformations of organomercury compounds, and he earned a state award of the USSR in 1986 for his contributions to organic synthesis.
