Ferdos Hajian Pashaklahi, known as Uncle Ferdos, is an educator and author of textbooks, born on December 24, 1963, in Qaem Shahr, Iran. He is best known as the host and creator of the television program 'Shahrak-e Alfabaa' on Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting. He served as the Dean of the Faculty of Art and Architecture from 1998 to 2009 and was the head of the Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Unit, from April 2013 to December 2014. He was also a former manager of the Culture and Art section of the Dialogue Among Civilizations Center and is a chemical warfare victim from the Iran-Iraq War.
