Florian Franciscus Aberle was a German antifascist who joined the resistance in the Netherlands during World War II. Born on February 25, 1921, in Rotterdam, he grew up in Stuttgart and became a skilled machinist. Aberle moved to the Netherlands with his mother in 1931 and became involved in the resistance as a member of the Ordedienst. He was arrested in Ede and executed in Cologne on June 8, 1944. He was later buried in the honorary graveyard Rusthof in Amersfoort on June 8, 1951.
