Francisca Millán Serrano, also known as Paquita Millán, was a Spanish archer and artisan born on February 2, 1931, in Tobed, Zaragoza. She became a pioneer of archery in Aragon during the 1960s and achieved considerable success in both national and international competitions, including multiple championships. Millán was also known for her craftsmanship in making stuffed toys, bags, and ceramics. She passed away on August 29, 1991, due to complications from throat cancer while undergoing treatment.
