Francisco Javier Ceballos Sierra is a Spanish professor and writer born in Santander, Cantabria, in 1954. He is an Associate Professor in the area of Architecture and Computer Technology at the University of Alcalá (UAH). Ceballos is known for his books on application development using programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, and Visual Basic. As of 2005, he was one of five teachers at UAH who were honored as professors at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua and actively collaborates giving lectures and seminars in European and Latin American universities.
