Gabeu, also known as Gabaeus, was a governor of Phrygia Hellespontica or Lesser Phrygia mentioned by Xenophon in his work 'Cyropedia'. He was allied with the Assyrians against Cyrus the Great of Persia. Following the defeat of the Assyrians, Gabeu returned to his homeland. This event is believed to have taken place in the 6th century BC.
