Edward Remus Lupin, known as Ted, is a fictional character from the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. He is the son of Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, and is considered to be Harry Potter's godson. Named after his grandfather who passed away shortly before his birth, Ted was raised by his grandmother Andromeda Tonks after the death of his parents. He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2009, where he was sorted into Hufflepuff House and appointed Head Boy in his seventh year.
