Greta Elisabeth Wingren von Hofsten, born Bagger-Sjöbäck on April 18, 1927, was a Swedish journalist and publicist. She is best known as the editor-in-chief of the magazine Folket i Bild/Kulturfront during the IB affair in 1973. Hofsten also published the magazine Nålsögat, which served as a forum for Christian socialism. She passed away on July 9, 1996, in Lund, Sweden.
