Heikki Parkkonen (March 24, 1938 – April 17, 2018) was a Finnish editor known for his influential role in journalism. He started his career at Helsingin Sanomat in the 1960s before becoming the editor of Seura from 1974 to 1981 and again from 1985 to 1990, significantly expanding its readership. He was instrumental in launching the magazine 7 päivää and also worked on Matkaopas. Parkkonen won the State Journalist Award in 1998 and contributed to films and television series. He was married and had five children.
