Hena Das (February 12, 1924 – July 20, 2009) was a prominent figure in the women's liberation movement in Bangladesh. She was a believer in leftist ideologies and actively participated in numerous movements, including the anti-British movement, the Language Movement, the Mass Uprising of 1969, and the struggle for Bangladesh's independence. Das was a member of Bangladesh's first Education Commission and received the Begum Rokeya Padak in 2001 from the Bangladesh government for her contributions to women's empowerment and issues affecting women.
