He studied law at the University of Helsinki and worked at various publications, including Hufvudstadsbladet and Svenska Pressen from 1937 to 1944. After moving to Sweden in 1945, he contributed to several newspapers and served in editorial roles, notably at Västra Nyland and as a member of the editorial committee for Ekonomen. He was also involved with Sveriges Radio and wrote numerous industry monographs.
