Ivan Ivanovich Skyba (March 8, 1937 – June 12, 2017) was a Ukrainian Soviet party leader who served as the first secretary of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. He was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR during the 9th convocation and a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1980 to 1986. He also served as a deputy in the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for the 10th and 11th convocations and was a people's deputy of the USSR from 1989 to 1991.
