He completed numerous research projects focused on architectural history and urban planning. Adamczyk published multiple works promoting knowledge about historical monuments in Kielce and beyond. He was married twice and had a son, Mateusz, who is an architect. He passed away in Kielce on January 12, 2010, and was buried in Cedzyn.
