Jim Badra is a Greek and Jordanian American former professional bodybuilder who was born in April 1961 in Greece. He gained prominence in bodybuilding by winning the Mr. World title in 1988 and was featured on the cover of Muscular Development magazine. Active in the health and nutrition sector, Badra has conducted seminars globally, promoting wellness. He co-founded LHT Revolution to assist children and adults in improving their health through exercise and nutrition. Beginning his weight training journey at age 19, he continues to influence the bodybuilding community positively.
