Jimmy Thomas was an American soul singer and songwriter known for his work as a vocalist with Ike Turner. He joined Turner's Kings of Rhythm in 1958 and continued with the band when the Ike & Tina Turner Revue was established in 1960. Thomas released solo singles on various labels including Sue and Sputnik. After leaving Turner, he pursued a solo career and eventually moved to London, where he founded his own label, Osceola Records, in 1979.
