John 'Joni' Vihervä is a Finnish bassist and photographer, known for his work with Ben Granfelt Band and other notable bands. He started playing bass at age 9 in Music Star and co-founded the successful metal band Stratovarius in 1984. After leaving Stratovarius, he played with Five Fifteen and later formed Emerson High. Vihervä has been part of numerous bands, including Boycott, Pepe Willberg, and Verenpisara. Currently, he focuses on the psychedelic lounge rock band Club Merano. He is also recognized for his photography work for Kingston Wall's albums and in Rumba magazine.
