José Rafael Godoy Monzón was a Guatemalan football player and coach, born on May 15, 1942, in Antigua, Sacatepéquez. He began his coaching career in 1976, leading his former team, Antigua, for several years. He later managed Chimaltenango and finished his coaching career at Panajachel during the 1997-1998 season. Godoy is remembered for his contributions to Guatemalan football both as a player and as a coach until his passing in 2005.
