Karl-Johan Börjesson was a pioneering figure in Swedish computer development, born on February 26, 1918, and passed away on February 5, 2008. He initially worked at Philips and later founded Scandia Metric in 1965. In 1978, he participated in a project with Nils Grändås and Bengt Lönnqvist from Luxor AB, which led to the development of the ABC 80 computer. Börjesson also started JET Computer, which produced the CP/M-based JET-80.
