Koryun Khurshudyan was an Armenian economist born on May 18, 1911, in the Hoktemberyan region. He earned a doctorate in economics in 1969 and became a professor in 1971. He was recognized as a Distinguished Economist of the Armenian SSR in 1965. He contributed significantly to the field of economics until his death in 1996 in Yerevan, Armenia.
