Kotochitose Kosei, born Minoru Yamamoto on April 22, 1957, is a former sumo wrestler from Chitose, Hokkaidō, Japan. He began his professional sumo career in July 1971 and climbed to the top division by May 1981, achieving a highest rank of maegashira 5. After retiring from active competition in July 1986, he took on the role of wakaimonogashira, which is an assistant position at Sadogatake stable.
