Major (Retd) Tikendra Dal Dewan is a retired Gurkha leader and social worker who has devoted his life to advocating for the equal rights of British Gurkhas. With a distinguished military career spanning thirty-one years in the British Army and eleven years in the UK Civil Services, he also chairs the British Gurkha Welfare Society, which supports Gurkhas in both the United Kingdom and Nepal. Additionally, he was the former CEO of Gnergy, an energy company founded by retired British Gurkha veterans.
