Margarete Walburga Tröstl, born on February 26, 1911, in Gmünd, Austria, is an Austrian supercentenarian. She is the oldest living person in Austria since November 11, 2022. After completing school, Tröstl worked as a travel assistant and later for the Henkel corporation. Married to a carpenter, she has one son. She lived in Vienna for many years before moving back to her hometown in retirement, where she traveled extensively. Tröstl became a supercentenarian at age 110 in 2021 and moved to a senior residence at 103.
