Mark Gregory Hambley (born February 12, 1948) is an American diplomat with 32 years of service, including posts in Qatar, Lebanon, and Egypt. He worked on multilateral diplomacy, notably climate change negotiations. After 9/11, he served as a political advisor in the Middle East and directed a Media Outreach Center in London. He continues to engage in special commissions in the Middle East and North Africa. Hambley founded The Arabia Felix Foundation and has received an honorary doctorate for his peace efforts. He is also known for his media appearances discussing Middle Eastern issues.
