Martti Vihtori Terä (1902–1969) was a Finnish lieutenant colonel and CEO. He graduated from Joensuu lyseum in 1920 and progressed through military ranks, serving in key positions during the Winter and Continuation Wars, including as an officer in artillery sections. Post-war, he became CEO of various firms, including Oy Kapselo Ab and Oy Myyntiyhtymä, and worked for Gegeten and Emtera. He was also the secretary and CEO for both Suomen keksinnöt ry and Keksintöinstituutti until his passing in 1969.
