Mary Ann McGrath, born on March 23, 1953, is a Canadian politician notable for her role in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly representing Halifax Bedford Basin from 1999 to 2003. As a member of the Progressive Conservative Party, she served as a backbench MLA under John Hamm's government. Despite losing her seat in the 2003 and 2006 elections for Halifax Clayton Park to Liberal candidate Diana Whalen, McGrath remains recognized for her contributions to provincial politics.
