She has written numerous songs for various artists, including notable works for Asaka Yui, Alfee, and Ikeda Masatune. Arikawa's lyrics span multiple genres and have contributed significantly to the Japanese music scene. Despite her success as a lyricist, she also attempted a political career by running in the 1995 elections but did not win.
