Milena Černá was a Czech physician and director of the Good Will Committee – Olga Havlová Foundation since 1993. She later served as chairwoman of its board and also chaired the Czech branch of the European Anti-Poverty Network. Černá contributed to preventing and treating sexual diseases through her work with Rozkoš bez rizika. She was honored posthumously with the Silver Medal of the Chairman of the Senate of the Czech Parliament for her contributions to social and health issues, and the Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk Order for her extraordinary merits in the development of democracy and human rights.
