Milton Bluehouse Sr. was the fourth president of the Navajo Nation during the post-restructuring tribal government. He belonged to the Ashiihi, Todich'iinii, Honaghanii, and Kiiyaa'aanii clans. He served as vice president under Thomas Atcitty before controversially assuming the presidency, despite legal challenges to his eligibility due to his prior vice presidential appointment. The law was subsequently changed to allow him to take office.
