Mirka Kilpijärvi (born February 15, 1991, in Hyvinkää) is a Finnish basketball player who plays as a guard. A product of Hyvinkään Ponteva, she began her professional career in the 2009-2010 season. In 2010-2011, she was named the best player in the Women's Division I. Kilpijärvi made her debut at the top level during the 2010-2011 season and has played for both Hyvinkään Ponteva and Keravan Energia Team. She has also represented youth national teams.
