Mohammed Ahmed Mustafa al-Dabi is a Sudanese diplomat and former military official, born in February 1948 in Berber, River Nile state. He retired from military service in 1999 and was appointed by the Arab League as the head of its observer mission in Syria in December 2011, during the Syrian popular uprising. He currently resides in the Kafouri area of Khartoum.
