Mushtari Shafi (January 15, 1938 - December 20, 2021) was a Bangladeshi writer, entrepreneur, women's leader, and social activist, widely recognized as 'Shahid Jaya'. She played a significant role in the Bangladesh Liberation War and received a fellowship from the Bangla Academy in 2016 for her contributions. Until her death, she served as the president of Chattogram Udichi Shilpigoshthi.
