Nazario Moreno Rodríguez, commonly known as El Chayo or El Más Loco, was a Mexican drug lord who led the La Familia Michoacana cartel based in Michoacán. Born on March 8, 1970, he was one of Mexico's most wanted drug barons. He was shot and killed by Mexican security forces on March 9, 2014. Moreno was first declared dead in 2010 following a shootout with police.
