Nestór Grancelli Cha was a prominent reformist leader from Argentina, born on April 2, 1920, in Diamante, Entre Ríos. He served as a delegate to the Superior Council of the National University of Litoral, Secretary of the FUL, and presided over the Argentine University Federation (FUA) from 1942 to 1944. In 1958, he became Secretary of Economic-Social Relations under President Arturo Frondizi and later worked as an economic attaché at the Argentine embassy in Mexico until his ousting in 1962. He passed away in Buenos Aires on June 25, 2014.
