Odd Christopher Hansen is a Norwegian business leader, notable as the first managing director of McKinsey Norway, a role for which he is referred to as the 'godfather' of the firm. He graduated with a degree in business administration from Norges Handelshøyskole in 1975 and earned an MSc from MIT's Sloan School in 1978. Hansen helped establish McKinsey's presence in Norway and has served on various boards, including Bertel O. Steen and REC Solar. He was also vice-chairman of the board at Oslo universitetssykehus.
