Ofélia Ramos Anunciato, known as Ofélia Anunciato, was a prominent Brazilian chef born on December 27, 1924. She gained fame through her televised cooking show 'A cozinha Maravilhosa de Ofélia'. Ofélia embarked on her culinary career as a personality chef by publishing recipes in the newspapers A Tribuna and A Gazeta starting in 1958. Her work also led to the publication of a translated book titled 'Ofélia, A Taste of Brazil' by Julie Martin in 2000. Anunciato passed away on October 26, 1998.
