Olabisi Ugbebor, born Grace Olabisi Falode on January 29, 1951, in Lagos State, is Nigeria's first female professor of mathematics. She completed her secondary education at Queen's College in Lagos and earned her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan in 1972. Ugbebor also obtained a postgraduate diploma in statistics from University College London and completed her PhD in 1976, making her the first Nigerian woman to attain this level in mathematics. Notably, she was the only female student in her class at Ibadan.
