Brigadier General (retired) Olayinka Sule was a Nigerian military officer who served as the Administrator of Jigawa State from August 1991 to January 1992 under General Ibrahim Babangida's regime. He was previously the military attaché to the permanent mission of Nigeria to the United Nations in 1983 and became the first administrator of Jigawa State after its establishment. Sule was also the General Officer Commanding the 1st Mechanised Division of the Nigerian Army before retiring in 1996. Post-retirement, he excelled in golf and won several tournaments.
