Pavel Lžičař is a Czech municipal politician from Raspenava, located in the Frýdlant region of the Czech Republic. He first entered local government in 1998 and won re-election in subsequent municipal elections in 2002 and 2006. In 2010, he ran for mayor but initially lost his council seat due to a counting error in the votes, which was later corrected, allowing him to reclaim his position. He was re-elected as mayor in the 2014 elections. He also serves on the supervisory board of the Frýdlantská vodárenská společnost.
