Peter Manuel was an American serial killer, born on March 1, 1927, in New York and executed by hanging on July 11, 1958, in HM Prison Barlinnie, UK. He murdered seven women aged between 17 and 45. He was noted for his sexual psychopath tendencies, particularly having a fetish for women's underwear. Colin Wilson mentioned in his book 'The Origins of Sexual Motivation' that there was no evidence of rape involved in his killings.
