Hòa thượng Thích Trí Quảng, born Ngô Văn Giáo on January 15, 1940, is a prominent Buddhist monk in Vietnam. He currently serves as the Fourth Patriarch of the Central Advisory Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. He has held various significant positions, including acting Patriarch and First Vice Patriarch. On December 31, 2021, he was officially conferred the title of acting Patriarch, and on November 29, 2022, he was recognized as the Patriarch during the closing session of the National Buddhist Congress, becoming a symbol of law and virtue in the Buddhist community.
