Norik Vagarshakovich Mkitaryan (February 2, 1934 – December 26, 2009) was an Armenian assembler and locksmith at the Armenian Production Electrical Engineering Association 'ArmElectroMash'. He worked under the Ministry of Electrical Engineering Industry of the USSR in Yerevan. Mkitaryan was a full cavalier of the Order of Labor Glory, awarded in 1983 for his dedicated work.
