Andriy Borisovich Stavrovsky (born March 5, 1957, Kyiv - died March 21, 2024, Kyiv) was a Ukrainian cybernetician and educator. He earned the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in 1989. He served as an associate professor in the Department of Theoretical Cybernetics at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His contributions significantly influenced the field of cybernetics and education in Ukraine.
