Dmitry Vasilyevich Sredin (February 11, 1907 – April 19, 1985) was a Mari Soviet party leader and public figure. He served as the First Secretary of the Medvedevsky District Committee of the CPSU in the Mari ASSR from 1951 to 1962 and again from 1965 to 1970. A member of the VKP(b) since 1937, he was a delegate to the XXIII Congress of the CPSU and was awarded the Order of Lenin in 1965. Sredin was born in the Kazan Governorate and passed away in Yoshkar-Ola.
