Vasil Lukich Nikitsin (January 12, 1915 - August 26, 2000) was a Belarusian Soviet state and party leader. He was born in a village in the Vitebsk Governorate of the Russian Empire, which is now located in modern-day Belarus. His political involvement and contributions to the Soviet government in Belarus were significant during his lifetime.
