Vasiliy Vsevolodovich Navrotsky is a Ukrainian and Soviet opera singer (bass) born on February 12, 1948, in Myrhorod. He is recognized as a People's Artist of Ukraine since 2011 and a professor in the same year. Navrotsky has won several awards, including the Republican Vocalists Competition in Kyiv (1968) and a fourth prize at the All-Union Competition named after M. I. Glinka in Vilnius (1971). He has also participated in competitions showcasing creative youth in the 1970s.
