He earned a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 2006 and served as the Deputy General Director for Scientific Work and Chief Designer of active phased arrays at V.V. Tikhomirov Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Engineering. He was honored as a Distinguished Constructor of the Russian Federation in 2005. Sinani was born on February 9, 1942, and passed away on March 2, 2021.
