Aleksey Grigoryevich Biba (February 25, 1903 - December 26, 1972) was a Soviet aviator and test pilot. He served as a colonel, a rank he achieved in 1949. Biba was born in Novotroitskoye and passed away in Feodosia, Crimea. His contributions to aviation as a test pilot played a significant role in the Soviet Union's aeronautical advancements during his lifetime.
